Order Processing and Dispatch
After you place your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you containing a summary of your purchase details. Our warehouse team will then start processing your order, which generally takes 1–2 days (Monday to Saturday). During this stage, your order is prepared for dispatch, securely packaged, and transferred to our delivery partner.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s progress in real time.

Under normal conditions, the package transit time is 4–5 days (Monday to Saturday) after dispatch, resulting in a total delivery window of approximately 5–7 business days from the purchase date.

Possible Delays
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, external factors may occasionally cause slight delays. These may include:

  • Peak shopping periods (such as holidays or sales events)
  • Public holidays affecting courier operations
  • Severe weather conditions or natural disruptions

Order Cancellations
If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@averiques.com. We will make every effort to process your cancellation request before the order is shipped. However, once the order has been dispatched, we’re unable to accommodate cancellations.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to us immediately at support@averiques.com and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and its packaging

After verification, we will arrange one of the following:

  • A replacement item shipped at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method
